Oshibori is a wet hand towel offered to customers in a hospitality setting, including restaurants, hairdressers, casinos, and airlines. These warm towels are one of the components that make Japanese customer service exceptional. For 200 years, Oshibori has brought refreshment, relaxation, and comfort to customers.
In 2004, Xceed Towels (formerly: Xceed Oshibori) was established in Brisbane, Australia as the first Special Supplier of refresher towel and is now our towels have been handed to the guests at the restaurants and receptions of 6-star hotels, Casinos, Ghan’s train, and Australia Open Tennis so on.
